Reinforced flame‑retardant natural recycled PPA pellets
PPA (Polyphthalamide)
PPA is a high‑performance semi‑aromatic polyamide, commonly referred to as high‑temperature nylon. Core features: exceptional heat resistance with long‑term service temperature of 170‑200 °C, and short‑term resistance to lead‑free reflow soldering above 280 °C. It features far lower water absorption than conventional nylons such as PA6 and PA66, retaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength under high‑temperature and high‑humidity conditions. It delivers high strength and rigidity; glass‑fiber‑reinforced grades achieve tensile strength exceeding 270 MPa with prominent creep resistance and fatigue resistance. It also offers superior chemical resistance (oil‑resistance and solvent‑resistance) and favorable electrical properties. Its main disadvantages are lower ductility compared with ordinary polyamides and susceptibility to strong acids.
Main Applications
Electrical & electronics (core application): SMT connectors, circuit‑board assemblies, mobile‑phone antennas, USB‑C ports, memory slots and other components for lead‑free soldering thermal requirements.
Automotive industry: high‑temperature components including engine covers, sensor housings, fuel pipelines, throttle valves, water‑pump impellers and lamp reflectors.
Aerospace & industrial fields: aircraft interior parts, high‑temperature bearings, sealing elements, oil‑field components and hot‑water‑system parts such as pump housings and valves.
Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
Participation Process
Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.
Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
